Brett Michael Doran pitched a three-hitter and struck out seven as the Lawmen shut out Xavier 3-0. Andrew Plaskon went 1-for-2 with two RBIs for Law.

Chris Beisler hit a three-run home run to lift Notre Dame-West Haven to a 7-3 win over Guilford. Vin Baglini also homered for Notre Dame.

Brian Ward had four hits, including a home run, and five RBIs in Foran's 15-1 win over West Haven. Christian Malave added a double, triple and five RBIs for Foran.

Matt Orlando, Max Freccia, Connor Marr and Andrew Hollis each had two hits for Fairfield Prep in the Jesuits 11-1 win over Trumbull.
