Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference rivals St. Joseph and Westhill had a 7-7 game played at at Baseball Hall of Fame’s Doubleday Field in Cooperstown, N.Y. Friday suspended due to darkness.

The Cadets scored three runs in the bottom of the sixth inning capped by an RBI single by Jerry Kramer that gave the Cadets a 7-6 lead. In the top of the seventh inning, Westhill’s Bill DeMartino drew a bases-loaded walk to drive in a run and tie the game at 7. The teams are waiting to hear from FCIAC officials to determine when the game would be compeleted at St. Joseph.
