Make-up Date Scheduled
The St. Joseph-Westhill showdown at historic Doubleday Field in Cooperstown, N.Y., on April 23 finished in a tie at 7. The game was suspended after seven innings because of darkness.
The two FCIAC foes will pick it up in the top of the eighth inning on May 11 in Trumbull at 4 p.m. The Vikings’ seven runs are the most the Cadets have given up. St. Joseph’s rotation has posted a 1.50 ERA through 10 games and is holding opponents to a .177 batting average.
