The class LL baseball bracket announced on Friday was incorrect.
The six-way tie from 4th-9th place was broken incorrectly. All six teams have records of 15-5. Within the six teams there were three cases of one team having a head-to-head advantage over another team (Amity over Cheshire, New Britain over Southington, Danbury over Staples). Each of the teams that lost to another head-to-head needs to go behind that team in the group.
The
order from that point on is determined by the tiebreaker numbers.
The Following is the corrected order and opponent for each school involved...

#4 Amity will host South Windsor
#5 Cheshire will host New Milford
#6 New Britain will host Trumbull
#7 Southington will host Ridgefield
#8 Danbury will host Shelton
#9 Staples will host Manchester
